Recently, Yintaili Technology delivered a solution for slag volume measurement and automatic loading in waste-to-energy plants. This solution utilizes the H13 3D profiling scanning LiDAR to achieve volume measurement and automatic loading of slags, replacing manual loading operations.
In practical application of this solution, the H13 provides a mature algorithm that can provide data such as the position of the truck bucket, the location of the waste slag, and its volume. For automatic loading, the LiDAR is installed above the parking area, detecting the length, width, height, and XY coordinate points of the truck compartment, and interfacing with the crane program to control the grabber for loading.
The H13 3D profiling scanning LiDAR is based on a combination of 2D LiDAR and servo motors, capable of scanning and covering a 180°*160° (adjustable) three-dimensional large field of view. When paired with professional laser point cloud computing software, it can directly output information such as external dimensions, characteristic coordinates, and 3D point cloud images.
